Extreme FitYou can expect high intensity constantly varied functional movements. This class allows you to experience both functional and unconventional fitness such as running, jumping, olympic lifting, tire flips, sled work etc.  We incorporate both high intensity cardio with weight training to create a well rounded physically fit individual.  This class is great for all levels of fitness as every movement can be scaled to suit each persons level of physical fitness. 

Met-Con- This class provides endurance training in intervals.  You can expect to run in thes class but you can also look forward to short duration circuit style bodyweight movements such as box jumps, burps, push ups etc.   This class is great for all levels of fitness.

Hip Hop SpinHigh Cardio, core, upper body strength and balance spin class while, listening to awesome hip hop music.

PiYo helps you get the muscle-sculpting, core_firming benefits of Pilates and the strength and flexibility of yoga.  But you won't have to hold long poses or perform tiny repetitive pulses OR fit your cardio in later.  PiYo is a true low-impact workout that will help you lean out and define every inch of your body.

 Fit Barre
- This Class starts with some light weights and easy movements to increase the heart rate, warm up the muscles, and bring mobility to the spine. The barre work uses isolated movements to target the thighs and the buttocks while improving coordination and balance. The abdominal movements that follow challenge the core muscles and promote stability and strength. Timely cues facilitate proper breathing and introduce simple modifications for each movements, resulting in a safe, enjoyable and effective workout.  

Zumba-Zumba is a fitness class that combines dance and fitness moves. Inspired by Latin dance and music, Zumba uses a variety of styles in its routines, including Cumbia, Merengue, salsa, reggaeton, mambo, rumba, flamenco, and a hip hop. Music selections include both fast and slow rhythms to help tone and sculpt the body. You could burn between 350 to 900 calories PER class, BUT it all depends on how you exert yourself.

Spin- Try to think of your instructor as a guide—he or she should give you general guidelines about how much resistance to add, how fast to pedal, how hard you should be working, and when to do certain movements (like standing, sitting, sprinting, etc.). Using these cues as guidelines, it’s up to you to work out at your own level and pay attention to how you feel. You can recover, go slower, use less resistance, or vice versa depending on how hard you want to work. In a class format, everyone feels a bit of pressure to keep up. However, Spinning is non-competitive. Especially if you’re a beginner, remember that it will take a few weeks to build up your fitness level to be able to work hard for the whole class. It’s important to honor your body and work at a lower intensity as you get the hang of it.

Yoga- Yoga involves the practice of physical postures and poses, which is sometimes referred to as 'asana' in Sanskrit. As the name suggests, the ultimate aim of practicing Yoga is to create a balance between the body and the mind and to attain self enlightenment.  In order to accomplish it, Yoga makes use of different movements, breathing exercises, relaxation technique and meditation. Yoga is associated with a healthy and lively lifestyle with a balanced approach to life.

Pound- Combining cardio, strength training, Pilates, and drumming, participants of this class can expect to burn between 500-900 calories per class and will be performing over 15,000 reps per session.  Pound is predominantly a core, leg and glute workout, zooming in on the delicate balance of lower back and abdominal strength.  The entire body is integrated during the workout, with an emphasis on the muscles that “narrow” the body as opposed to ones that add bulk.  Cardio is a huge component of every single track, making POUND a perfect HIIT and fat-burning routine.   

Silver Sneakers- SilverSneakers group exercise classes offer you the best

opportunity to stay on track toward your health and fitness goals. Our signature

classes are designed specifically for older adults and taught by specially trained,

certified instructors. You are sure to find a class that suits your need and abilities.

SilverSneakers Classic class where you through a variety of exercises designed to

increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Handheld

weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for

resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support. 

SilverSneakers Yoga class will move your whole body through a complete series of

seated and standing yoga poses.

Low Impact Zumba
is designed specifically for our older adults to be able to enjoy a classic Zumba at a more manageable pace.
